What is Theraplay® ?
Theraplay® is a playful, attachment-based therapy that uses joyful, nurturing, and structured interactions to enhance the bond between child and caregivers. It fosters emotional safety, regulation, and secure connection. It enhances self confidence and confidence in others.

Infants
● Theraplay® -informed counselling (in-person and online)
Toddlers (in person)

Preschool & School-Aged (up to 12 in person)

Group Counselling

Additional Services
We work with community agencies, physicians, schools to coordinate treatment. With your consent, we provide referrals and case management services.
